Feedback, and Lessons
Really fun game and in my opinion much better than meowdoku because that game is full of AI art and ads, your app is much more to the point and about actually using your brain to solve puzzles.
I know this is a bit much to ask, but it would be cool if there were lessons, like in chess.com. Sometimes it is hard to understand why some things are dotted out with just the general hint function, especially ones like fish, x-wing, or squeeze (even more so when the hint says “all columns have cells in rows or the reverse” or something like that).
To add onto that, it would also be cool if there were a practice mode that keeps generating a half-filled board where you look for a specific strategy/step to do, e.g. you choose to practice finned count, and it will keep generating boards where you can try and spot a finned count.
Also, is it possible to make bigger boards? Because everything is generated on the phone it might take too much computing power, I’m not too sure. That would be cool though.

Shipped in 1.6. Learn now has one lesson per idea of the solver, Techniques and Advanced: the idea explained on a real position with its region or cells highlighted, a second position to try it on, then Practice this idea, which serves fresh positions keyed on that idea, untimed, with a counter of solved positions. The what-if step has its own lesson, two curated positions where you suppose a queen, follow what it forces and see the contradiction. Thank you for the push; the structure is yours.

Thank you, this is a super helpful write-up! Lessons by technique and a practice mode that serves positions for one technique at a time are in the next couple of release's main work. The Fish, Finned count and Squeeze hint texts will be rewritten too to say where to look.
Bigger boards are a screen problem on phones; I am considering it for the tablet version.
